Our Company

AvRisk was founded in the wake of the near-catastrophic meltdown of the banking and investment markets of 2008 with one goal: to provide aviation Lenders, Lessors and Investors with the tools and services that they need to minimize the risk of asset value diminution.

We are the Distant Early Warning system for issues concerning Loan and Lease defaults and non-compliance with the material terms and conditions of your aircraft transactions.

Typically when problems begin, Borrowers and Lessees will be delinquent in payments due to service providers and aircraft maintenance work being deferred while Loan or Lease payments continue.

The last party to experience a payment default is the Lender or Lessor and by that time the aircraft collateral supporting the transaction may be deemed to be Not Airworthy, effectively grounding the aircraft.

By that time, service provider liens may also have been levied against the title of the aircraft, complicating any remarketing efforts and adding significant costs to the transaction.

If this happened to you, how would your company react?

Our focus is to make sure that you never are required to react. AvRisk gives you the total knowledge that you need to proactively address issues before they evolve into a Loan or Lease default.
